Axalion™ is effective with pests that have developed a resistance

Due to its novel, unprecedented mode of action, Axalion™ insecticide also controls pests that have developed resistance to existing chemistries. Therefore, it is an ex­cellent partner for insecticide resistance management programs. Axalion is intended as an essential part of farmers‘ toolbox for lntegrated Pest Management worldwide. It will help growers to successfully safeguard their crops while strengthening the longevity of existing tools for complete insect pest management programs.

Crops that Axalion™ will be available for

Planned uses are a broad range of crops in the fruits and vegetables segment, including grapes and potatoes. Additionally, it is ex­pected to be available for uses in row crops such as soybeans and other legumes, cot­ton and cereals as well as ornamentals.

Axalion™ works systemically

The systemic properties of Axalion™ allow for more complete control, also protecting new grown leaves. Furthermore, it provides use flexibility enabling for example drench and drip uses besides classical foliar sprays. Especially for the European market, where less and less insecticides are still available, Axalion™ insecticide will be an important solution to support farmers protecting their crops against harmful insect pests.
